Audio out of sync on rendering in DaVinci Studio

Hello,

I used DaVinci Resolve 18 (free) and everything was ok.

Now, I upgraded to paid DaVinci Studio 19.

Unfortunately, a new problem appeared immediately:

Once I render a video to mp4, my video and audio is out of sync - despite everything being ok while editing in the timeline.

The same issue persists with all the videos - including the ones that I rendered already in DaVinci Resolve (free) and everything was ok there (I tried to re-render the same videos on purpose to exclude the possibility of corrupted video files).

Also, DaVinci Studio renders ok in .mov.

Are there some additional features in DaVinci Studio that need to be e.g. turned off, or additional settings that need to be chosen?

I've downloaded and re-rendered a file using 19.1.1 - same problem.

I'm guessing that the fix is "Render option for Windows 10 media player compatibility for MP4" mentioned in the ReadMe file, but where exactly is this option located, please and thank you.
