Encypt DCTLs with Alpha Support?

Hi all,

I am using the latest DaVinci Resolve Studio 19.1.1 (both on macOS and Win)

When I create a dctl (that has the new alpha support), this is not listed under LUTs (LUT Browser), whereas the other dctls are listed..

To test I tried copying the example dctl provided under Developer - AlphaCircularWindow.dctl and even this did not show up in the LUT Browser. So wondering if this is a bug?

So there currently is no way to encrypt dctl with alpha.? Tested on both macOS and Windows and looks like a bug.

I can confirm this.
They do show up in the DCTL effect - but of course you cannot encrypt them there.

Thanks for the confirmation Christoph, yes it works and appears in dctl list.. but no way to encrypt..
Hope this gets fixed in next release..

Hi

Thank you for the reports. Resolve 20.0 beta 4 has a change to allow this.
