"Media Offline" error in red background

Hi,
I'm new user of DaVinci Resolve 19. I tried importing my video clips by providing my directory of the same. A few videos loaded nice and correctly, but a few (majority of those, in fact) others are showing a message "Media Offline" with a red background. There is a small "i" button, and I see a proper information , which shows the resolution and codec information of the video clip. But the clip itself is not shown.

Could I get some help on this?

Please see the attachment to know what I see as an information when I hover my mouse near "i".

The most likely explanation is that your media is only supported in the paid Studio version.

Get Shutter Encoder (donationware) and convert to ProRes.
If it loads now, there’s your proof. Buy more storage or Studio.

I was able to do all the psd things from gimp into resolve free, then I bought studio and now I get media offline after 500 different attempts. every attempt to find answers leads to dead end forum posts.
Edit- In gimp I clicked on image in top bar, selected mode, and selected rgb and problem solved. indexed does not work for exporting Psd to resolve

Correct, DR only accepts RGB pictures. YMCK would also fail.
