NVIDIA 3070. Intel Core I7. SDD. Windows 11. This is my system.
MP4 files shows "Media Offline" Randomly.
If "Decode HW accelerator of NVIDIA" turns off and use "Intel HW Accelerator",
this situation disappeared.
And I also installed Nvidia Studio driver for RTX 3070.
I also installed HEVC Driver. But It is same.

when your media goes offline it means DR can no longer find your clips. i store footage on a external drive and if it ever disconnects from my computer my footage goes offline. just reload DR and make sure everything is connected.

If that doesn't help, try to re-wrap MP4 into MOV. MP4 can be quite finicky.
While you're at it, add TC if there's none.

Absolutely the same problem. Media Offline with some videos, Proxy doesn't help. All files are local. nVidia accelerator off checkbox is only the savior. I hope developers will fix it somewhen, otherwise why did I bought GTX 4080 if not use it?

It'll still be used to compute, just not to decode.

Please stop giving unnecessary responses. I already mentioned that changing the options fixes the issue. If this error message was simply due to missing media files, I wouldn't have asked here in the first place. Focus on the actual problem I'm describing.

Users have spent about two years posting it, but now the option is added and solved. Amazing. It took two years to do this.

Nothing is more difficult to fix than random issues.

It could be. But the point is that it took years and other programs worked, but they didn't. The functionality or absence wasn't the problem. I exported it, but it didn't upload properly, so do you understand that I convert it through another conversion program and then upload it? I don't have a problem with free programs, but I've had this problem with programs that cost over $250.
