Davinci Resolve 19.1.4 Crashes on startup

Hi all, I've upgraded to 19.1.4 and on startup I get the following error "DaVinci Resolve quit unexpectedly.

I've checked Event Viewer and the following appears. Any idea what could be causing the issue?

I have the same problem.
My Davinci Resolve stopped working about 2 weeks ago. In the log I've found that the reason was because my Windows user name was "Kamil Muranski" that I'd changed from "Kamil Murański", but everywhere in the registry there was old name, making issues. Because of that, more and more things didn't want to work, so I've created new Windows user "KamilMuranski" and deleted the old one.
Anyway, on my new user, I also can't open Davinci Resolve. The log file isn't created anymore, but in system logs I've found that there is a problem with fusionsystem.dll file. I've tried everything FAQ or ChatGPT advise me to do, but nothing helped. I've run the CaptureLogs.bat and here is the result:

Please help, my system hasn't changed and it always met the requirements on the other Windows user.
I've uninstalled old NVIDIA driver and installed the newest, also didn't help.

It seems that version 19.1.3 didn't work for me. I thought I had the latest version because I always download the new version when DaVinci tells me there is one, but I missed version 19.1.4 because I couldn't open the program for the last two weeks, so it didn't give me a notification. I manually downloaded the 19.1.4 installer, and it works now, so my problem is solved.

I was so happy when the 19.1.4 version started working, so I believed the problem was solved. Then I decided to uninstall the Studio NVIDIA driver and install the Gaming NVIDIA driver.

After that, I couldn't open DaVinci Resolve again.

I restored the NVIDIA driver to the Studio version, the same one that was working earlier, but it didn't help.

Please completely un install the current driver and do a full install, not an update, to the studio driver.

Yes, I did.
1. Uninstall Gaming driver with Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) 18.1.0.0 in Safe Mode
2. Restart
3. Install Studio driver
4. Restart

It didn't help.

Which specific driver are you installing, Kamil? What GPU do you have?

I've installed this driver: 572.83-notebook-win10-win11-64bit-international-nsd-dch-whql
My GPU is NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060

I've found the solution to the problem. It's the most challenging problem I've encountered in my life. It turns out I can't open Davinci Resolve when I'm connected to the internet using VPN

What the hell does Davinci Resolve have to do with VPN?

Many folks are reporting VPN issues. Seems they tend to block access to BMD's servers. I think you'll need to remove that.

Every time my Davinci didn't want to open, there was error in system logs about the fusionsystem.dll file. There should be some normal error message saying that there is problem with connecting to BMD's servers.
