DRS 20 Beta with Windows ARM

I addressed this issue with DRS 19, and it was never fixed... I was excited when I saw that there was a DRS 20 Beta, I was really hoping that the issue would be gone... but it's still there. I have the Samsung Book 4 Edge with Snapdragon Elite X with 16Gb of RAM... and for what's worth, I also have an older gaming MSI laptop and I have no issues, nor with my wife's MacBook Pro with M2 (with the exact same edit and settings)

Update:
when I change the resolution from 2160 x 3840 to 1080 x 1920, the export works.

But I still don't understand why the exact same edit withOUT the vertical crop at 3840 x 2160 Ultra HD, there's no problems exporting. Only when I opt for "Use Vertical Resolution", this happens.

And again, I have no issues at all with my old MSI gaming laptop and my wife's MacBook Pro M2 with the same settings/same edit.
What does the resolution/crop have anything to do with the codec?

Do you know for a fact the hardware encoder can encode 2160x3840?
It may work differently to Nvidia encoders that encode in a square format, 4096x4096 or 8192x8192, so that means there would be no problem with encoding 3840x2160 or 2160x3840 as both resolutions fit within 4096x4096.

How about the transcoder Handbrake, does it work at hardware encoding 2160x3840

If you are using the free version of Resolve it has a limit on the maximum output resolution of 3840x2160 for horizontal video. So that would mean your vertical video would be limited to a height of 2160. I don't know what the width would be.
