Need Help: Audio Fades After AI Audio Remix in DaVinci Resol
Posted: Sun Apr 06, 2025 4:42 pmI'm using the latest DaVinci Resolve 20 beta, and I experimented with the new AI Audio Remix feature on my entire timeline in the middle of an editing session. After going back to regular editing, I noticed that once I reach the end of where my footage originally was, there’s no audio output through the main bus.

I can still see audio levels on Track 1, but there’s nothing being sent to Bus 1 (no levels are shown). It’s almost like there’s an invisible fader cutting off the audio at the old end-of-timeline point. I have tried puting audio on a different track but does not help. How can I fix this? I’m not sure which settings or controls might have been altered when I applied the AI Audio Remix, but now I need to figure out how to restore normal audio playback beyond that point.
