Editing Keyframes/Bezier handles is hit and miss too often

I am finding I am way too frequently missing the handles on the Bezier curves as the target area is so tiny, it's very easy to miss and deselect the point altogether, causing you to have to again select the point, then try again to grab the handle. Please increase the target size as there is most usually nothing else nearby to click on, so it should be a LOT easier! Thanks.
