Application window goes full screen when swap between tabs

I've been asking for the ability to open DR and have its window sized and positioned as it was last time I closed it. Maybe this bug is the first step toward that.
Instead, I can minimize the window, but when I switch between Edit and Export, for example, it jumps back to full screen. Then when I minimize the screen, the top left corner jumps to the correct spot, but the window remains huge, so I must resize it again.

WORKAROUND: before switching between tabs, go to full screen. Then switch tabs, then ...un-full screen (whatever that's called), and the resized window be right where you left it and you won't have to resize it all over again.
