Under Linux Mint Mate Xia 22.1, with an AMD Ryzen 5 2600X, 32GB of RAM, and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 (driver 570), on an Aeorus B550 Elite V2 motherboard, with Cuda 12.8 installed, I found it completely impossible to use a kernel higher than 6.8 due to DKMS issues.

After a week of trying to change the BIOS and the OS, I simply changed the kernel to Linux 6.14.2-1-liquorix-amd64 x86_64, and everything worked perfectly (except for the neural engine training, which keeps closing the program at phase 1 of 81).

So I recommend trying changing the kernel to Liquorix.
I also wanted to try Xanmod, but its page wouldn't load; they must be undergoing maintenance.
You can later disable Secure Boot and CSM in the BIOS and Resolve 20 will still work.
