Big Report V 20 Color Page Insert new clip instance

Windows 10 Intel I9 NVidia 2060. When I bring in an instance of a clip to a timeline that is set for remote grading, it comes in a local grade, even if another segment of that clip is already on the timeline with a remote grade established. Perhaps this is not a new bug but I just noticed it. TIA

Project Settings > General Options > Color > Uncheck "Use local version for new clips in timeline"
