Farlight Monitoring Questions

Hi Folks

On the Audio editor it has a studio monitor pot (volume control) and what I want to do is like you could do in the old sx20 is control the studio monitors volume via the studio monitor pot and Inc coms(witch u can't currently do as it doesn't allow you to route a bus to that) on the sx 20 you could route a bus to this path witch would allow you to do this but in its current form you can only physical patch outputs to ie physical io. So question 2 if this is case then how am I meant to route coms to it as I can only route it to a bus witch i cant route to that io path and thirdly what is it meant for then as i don't see any use for it in its current form. I understand I can change the global monitoring to that same bus but as I need to hear different things in my studio send to my control room its doesn't work for me.

Open the Talkback Settings window for destination selects from either the Fairlight menu or via the Fairlight Editor panel.

Source selects are available in the Monitor megamode for the Studio circuit. Alternatively, the Studio circuit may follow the Control Room selects.
