Suggested Features / Options
Posted: Wed Apr 16, 2025 2:17 amtwo features I would like to automate are minor but something I need to manually do every single time I start a new project a few times a week.
1. is an option to keep 'display stacked timelines' in "Timeline View Options" active or off
active: automatically allows tabs in EDIT page even after closing or starting a new project.
2. an option to minimize all tracks (both audio & video) by right clicking > minimize all tracks
- this would allow me to have the most minimal timeline as possible as that's how I prefer to work. As of now if im working and switch to another page in Resolve and then jump back to the Edit Page, the 8+ tracks revert back to regular height and I have to drag back down both audio and video tracks to make as small as possible. It's annoying and again, it won't stay how I leave it. Heck ill even take an option to set everything how I like and with a change of workspace I can easily set up everything how I like ready to go!!!
but other than that loving the newly added features and new machine learning features.
