Resolve exits after Splash Screen

Yesterday I installed the latest updates for Windows 10.
Since then Resolve begins the start-up sequence, shows the splash screen for a few seconds and after the splash screen disappears, nothing.
Resolve exits completely, does not even leave any processes in the Task Manager.
Multiple retries and cold restart the machine do not help.
How can I repair the installation without loosing any work?
Edition Windows 10 Pro

Installed on 26/11/2021

I uninstalled Resolve and installed again.
No change.
Resolve just does not return with the Project Dialog after the splash screen shows "Loading Video Plugins" for a few seconds and the disappears.

After uninstalling again and manually removing all Resolve related directories, Resolve is asking for the license key again after the fresh re-install.
There is no time to enter my license key, Resolve exits like before, just while showing the license key dialog.
I am working with Resolve since version 15 and never had a problem like this even with beta versions.
Any ideas?

Uninstalling the latest "Security Update for Windows 10 22H2 (KB5057589)" does not fix the problem either.
Anz ideas how to get Resolve running again?

A couple random guesses:
Resolve does not like your GPU / video driver. There should be log file messages about this.
A corrupted config file. This is a per user file. If it does not exist, it will be created when Resolve starts. You can rename the old one.

There are two key things to verify:
Graphics Card Driver: If you are using an NVIDIA graphics card, ensure that your driver version is at least 572.83. For optimal performance, especially if you're not using the system for gaming, consider using the Studio Drivers.
Topaz Video AI: If you have Topaz Video AI installed, it's recommended to uninstall it. The current version of Topaz Video AI has known compatibility issues with DaVinci Resolve, particularly with the OFX drivers. Removing it may help resolve any related problems.

Thanks Dilson.
Driver update to 572.83 did not solve the problem, but uninstalling Topaz Video AI did.
I hope Resolve 20 Beta 2 and Topaz updates will get both working on the same machine.

Reinstalling Topaz Video AI without the OpenFX Plugins does not crash Resolve.

I had the same problem. Uninstallig Topaz Video AI solved the problem.
But I need Topaz for my workflow of restauration old video files. I didn't try to reinstall iTopaz Video AI without plugins.
