I know v20 is in Beta

The software shuts down on simple drop-in effects like the basic Text and solid generator. It has also been shutting down on importing timelines. Luts don't come over and more.

Why not provide enough information for BMD to investigate? OS version etc.

If Resolve crashes you need to provide the log files and system description file. The FAQ does contain info for how to do this though it’s a bit buried.

No crashes here on an M1 Max MacBook Pro on Sonoma 14.7.5. I've done a bunch of test renders, done some text effects, tried out the new keyframes, and am now doing some test with Fusion this afternoon.

i have v20 on my lappie, (an m2 MBP @ 15.4) and two windows10 workstations

no issues moveing DRT's between them, or using text and generated color solids,

windoze error logs might offer a hint, sending BMD your logs would be a good step too, i'd be a bit more proactive and dig into those error logs myself

No crashes on my system. If you have crashes, logs and as much data as you can. But as it is most of the time case, it usually some X factor on your machine that is casing the issues. With logs developers might try to see what it is.
