Guessing from the log errors that the crashing is being caused by the setting of the Elastic Wave menu on one or more clips in the Fairlight page being set to Voice.

This is a known issue that's being looked into.

For now, right click clips on the Fairlight page and check the Elastic Wave setting. If it's set to Voice, set it to something else.

I was having the same issue. I went to my plugins folder C:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX\Plugins
and removed the plugins one by one until I isolated the plugin that was causing the issue. In my case it was the Topaz Labs Video AI plugin.

ChatGPT gave me this reasoning "Topaz’s OFX bundle embeds its own TensorRT/CUDA DLLs. If those are built against an older (or newer) driver/toolkit than the one on your PC, Resolve crashes the moment it enumerates the plug‑in."

Hope your issue got resolved!

I could be wrong but it sounds like rcwells didn't upload any files, he just asked a question in ChatGPT as to why Topaz OFX was causing problems in DaVinci Resolve and that was the response he got? Best of luck fixing your problem! 8-)
