I had version 19 working fine, I put in version 20 and after 3 days it stopped turning on. It crashes at startup, I tried to return the 19th version, cleaned the registry, disabled antiviruses, tried to put the 28th version nothing helps. Tech support doesn't work, they register requests and never reply again. You are far from Adobe, of course, they have tech support for 5-7 minutes to respond. I have an operating system vindows 11, usb key. How can I start using your program again? It keeps logs at startup, that would be able to identify the problem, what prevents it from starting?
