Voice over fails randomly to insert clip

The only issue so far is the new voice over feature that frequently but not always fails to insert the recorded audio clip. I have to repeat it one or two times and then it appears. If not it disappears without a trace.

When the audio Clip is not represented on the Edit Timeline is the Clip visible on the Fairlight Timeline?
