Best color management setting for mixed HDR/SDR footage

When working with mostly HLG Rec.2020 footage and some Rec.709 clips, what Davinci YRGB Color Management setting do you recommend automated SDR or HDR, when the deliverable is Rec.709 Gamma 2.4?

My choice would be this. (Be sure to set the Input Color Space for your media. Right click on the clips in the bins.)
