Timelapse workflow with (Lumix) RAW photos?

Hi everyone!
In case, this has already been asked/answered here before I would be really thankful if you could point out, where I can find it
So, I took a timelapse (as Lumix 16MP RW2 raw photos) in a clear, star night with my Lumix G9 which I would like to edit in Resolve. Unfortunately I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to "color science" and handling RAW files in Resolve. (I am familiar with regular editing, some amateurish colorgrading and I also used to use Fusion a bit....)
I used to pre-edit the photos in Lightroom and then import the JPGs into Resolve. On the one hand this works, on the other hand it feels like Resolve is much more powerful for this purpose (especially when keyframing the edit....)
Anyway, I have played around a bit but a) the performance is REALLY slow and b) the result is just "okaish" (especially the noise and compression artifacts afer exporting).
So maybe someone has some hints, how to properly import the files and what to do to get a clean, artifact free export? MAybe someone even has a "tutorial project" which already contains some nodes and stuff?
Grateful for any hints!
Volker
