Limited Options In Menus

I have very limited knowledge of video editing software, but have been watching tutorials. I am having a hard time following some as it seems I do not have the same options to select. For instance I am trying to do an audio sync between a .MP4 file and a .wav file. When selecting both files(in the media pool), and right click on them, I am only presented with 14 options. 28 options are what is shown on all of these tutorials. None of these options are Auto Sync Audio... and when searching for a solution, everything coming up is just to select these files, right click, select Auto Sync Audio. When I am watching tutorials I did search to see if this was a paid only option, but seems it should be within the free version. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
