Bug on Davinci 20.0b Build 27

I can pin Davinci to a zone, but every time i change from one page to another (edit to color, or any other)
Davinci will take all the space.
Also the playback performance is way lower to 19 on Exr Files, i have already generated the optimized media, but it barely plays at 8 frames.
