Possible Bug- Moving Effect Keyframes

Hi, anytime I try to move my effect keyframes, new ones are created that I do not want. Please see video for simple demonstration:

DR 20.0b Build 27 Windows 11

If you decouple horizontal and vertical blur the problem does not occur - something very odd going on here for sure. Try Directional Blur with just blur strength and it works as expected. So it's not all OpenFX. Great demonstration of the issue, btw. Thanks for posting.

I'm seeing this here, as well.

Studio 20b2 for Windows.
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.
