- Windows 11 Education (Build 26100)
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D
- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090
- Driver: 576.2, CUDA 12.9

Issue Description
Since the release of DaVinci Resolve Studio 20 Beta 1, I've experienced a consistent crash issue that has persisted through the Beta 2 update. The crash occurs using the following steps
1. Launch DaVinci Resolve Studio 20
2. The Project Manager window appears normally
3. When attempting to create a new project or open an existing one
4. The main application launches and displays a gray screen in fullscreen mode
5. After approximately 1 minute, the application becomes unresponsive and crashes
Troubleshooting Already Attempted
- Updated to the latest NVIDIA drivers (576.2)
- Performed a clean driver reinstallation using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller)
- Verified all system components are running latest firmware/drivers
- The issue persists across both Beta 1 and Beta 2 versions
Crash Log Analysis
I've attached the full crash log, but notable errors include
The crash appears to occur at approximately 19:52:16, about 48 seconds after launching the application, specifically when attempting to initialize the main window after loading a project.
Additional Information
The crash log shows the interface language is set to Korean (ko_KR), and there are several "Failed to create device handle" errors that may be related to device initialization issues.
The crash appears to consistently happen during the transition from project selection to editor interface initialization, with the log showing the final message before crash as
Has anyone else experienced this issue with RTX 5090 hardware or found a workaround? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as this is preventing me from using the software entirely.
