Goes to full screen when moving through edit/color etc

Aside from general scaling issues I have in Resolve when turning my 57" Samsung G9 off and on, I've now noticed that when I resize the program into a smaller window (so it doesn't fill my entire screen), as soon as I move from any different pages such as edit > colour page, Resolve instantly opens in a full screen window.
If I resize the window again, it always opens again in full screen whenever I change through the different Resolve pages/tabs.
