Issue loading cloud projects

Whenever I try to load a cloud shared project for the first time, when the "Open Cloud Project" window appears I can't click on anything (therefore I can't open the project, change location of files, etc.). The window is frozen. It's strange because the buttons illuminate when I hover over them, but nothing happens when I click them. I tried restarting my computer, uninstalling and re-installing resolve multiple times, I even tried navigating the window with my keyboard just in case it was a problem with my mouse, nothing. Anyone know how to fix this?

I'm running windows, and the project was made in DaVinci Resolve Studio 20 beta 2. So I cannot access it outside of this beta version.
