Export Process from FX3 to Instagram Reels/Tiktok

New to the forum, i am a sports videographer who films 4k 120p on an fx3 in slog3. I always find my reels are blurry and compressed when uploading on instagram. What's the best settings/practices to ensure the highest quality reels?
