BR Can't Change Audio Sample Rate with any TL in Project

Starting new project, I imported a few clips, created a TL. Oh wait I forgot to change the audio sample rate to 96K to match hardware. It's grayed out in Project Settings. Only way to change it is to delete the single TL I have, change sample rate, then go back and UnDo the deletion of the TL which I set up with its own specific settings. It used to be you simply had to remove all clips in a TL via select all, cut, change sample rate, paste the clips back in TL. now it appears even that workaround doesn't work, you have to remove the only TL in project. I haven't tried this on larger project with lots of TL's
It would be incredibly helpful to have Sample Rate be a part of TL settings, or at least freely be able to change it with TL's existing in project. I pretty much do everything @ 96K
