Q: text to (custom) voice?

Haven't installed v20 beta, or looked closely into it yet, but was wondering on some of the new features...
Now that we can train a custom voice model based on a audio clip, can we also go text>voice, and choose this custom trained voice model?
Or is that still outside the realm of v20, and more a web based AI prescription?
It would be nice when you have lots of short VO's to do, but not enough time to properly record them all?
Think YT videos in this case.
