Rendered file doesn't match working timeline

Resolve Studio v18.6.6. 1080p 23 project. Grading on Linux and exporting on Mac (not sure if this matters). I know we're not on the latest but perhaps someone knows if this is a bug that has been fixed. I have quite a bit of 1080i 50 footage. For most of it I've used an Optical Enhanced to get it to play smoothly and it looks great. When we render out a master (ProRes4444 1080p 23) there are a handful of these shots that render with some duplicate frames that don't reflect how it looks in the timeline. I've fixed this by doing a Render in Place on the offending shots but it is a very strange issue.
