Fairlight capture from Decklink?

I would like to record a Voice Over from a Voice Over Booth that is on an SDI router.
I can capture fine from the Decklink Card via Media Express and the Capture tool in the Media TAB.
Is it possible to capture from the Decklink card with Fairlight so that I can control the input gain?
I understand patching and arming tracks etc. and have been able to record the signal generator. I just can't seem to land on the correct combination of settings to get audio input from the Decklink card.
