DaVinci crashing on startup

Hi,
since updating the program to version 20 I can't start the program. A loading window appears and after a few seconds it turns off. I sent my laptop to the service because the next day there was a Windows update that crashed the entire computer.

Now after returning from the service where the computer was wiped clean I still can't start the program. I tried installing version 19 and 20. Both studio and Free. Still nothing.

I looked through the entire forum looking for a solution. Yesterday I came across this to run CaprureLogs.bat. It worked. And today, I can't start the program again.

I'm begging for help. What else can I try? I'm already having a nervous breakdown. I haven't been able to work for two weeks ...

My spec is:
Windows 11 Pro 26100.3775
Intel i7-12700H
RAM 32 GB
nVidia RTX 3070 Ti 8GB

If the issue is not Topaz related, we need the following:

In a File Explorer window, go to:

C:\Program Files\Blackmagic Design\DaVinci Resolve

and run CaptureLogs

This will place a Resolve log file named similar to this on your Windows Desktop: DaVinci-Resolve-logs-20181228_140434.zip (You may not see the .zip extension if your system is set to hide known extensions).

Then open the Windows System Information app and do a File - Save (Not a File Export), which will generate a .NFO file.

Place both those files on a file sharing site and provide links to the files here. Make sure the links don't require access credentials.

If you are a new Forum user, you may not be allowed to post URLs. If this happens, just put a space near the front of the URL, so the system doesn't think it's a URL.

Using the Windows "Add or remove programs" Control Panel, select the DaVinci Resolve Control Panels app, then select Uninstall.

After uninstalling the panels app, Resolve should launch.

If there are still issues, send another Resolve log and NFO file.

Thanks for the advice. The program started working again. The problem now is that I can't use the Micro Color Panel controller...

If I reinstall DaVinci Control Panels will the program stop working?

I don't have a solution for that. Did the Micro Color panel ever work? If so, what changed on the system just before Resolve stopped launching.

Nord VPN is known to cause this issue, but I don't see that in your NFO file.

Did you add or update any security software just before the issue started?

Yes, the panel has always worked.

I have always used Surfshark as an antivirus.

Now, to get the program to work, you told me to uninstall the DaVinci Resolve Control Panels application. I assume that's why it doesn't work, but due to recent events, I'm afraid to install it again so I don't have to spend another month without the program...
