Why do my icons disappear?

Made some short cuts.
Only issues the icons do not stay.
After I quite App or close iPad.
Upon reopening App I am left with the standard 2 icons.
(App is Da V Resolve )
Screen shots are desktop, iPad.
Anyone know ?
