I am using the latest DaVinci Resolve 20 Beta 3 and I am unable to import my personal keyboard preferences which were exported as a text file under DaVinci Resolve 19 in April 2025. I had the same problem with the Beta 2 of DaVinci Resolve 20.

I attached the system description and the DaVinci Resolve 20 Beta 3 version build is : Version 20.0B Build 38.

The keyboard preferences file is created than 2MB and cannot be uploaded.

I find this working in Studio 20b3 for Windows.

What exactly happens when you try?

It just does not import the preset I created in April 2025.

However, I tried again with another preset file created in September 2024 and this time it worked.

Maybe the April version was corrupted ?

Keyboard presets are plain text files that are 20-30kb in size.

If your preset file is 2+ MB, perhaps you're trying to import some other preset type? Or perhaps from another app?
