I've put together a DR bug report database and would love your input. I'm sure I've missed a few things and could use your experience to improve it. It's at DRForum.net
You can view the database as a guest, but in order to see and use the actual submission form you'll need to be logged in to do that. Registration is simple and only takes a minute or two. This is necessary to keep scammers and bots from inundating the database with spam entries.
There are two separate databases/submission forms - one for DR19 and one for DR20beta. I'll update these when 20 is officially released later on this year.
As of right now, both databases only have dummy content that I put in there for testing purposes.
Thanks!

Cool! I wonder if it would be ok to use people’s reports here to start populating it. Maybe an opt in thing where the authors of issue reports could give permission?

I had considered that, but wanted to make sure I have a finalized version of the database/submission form before doing it.
