Subtitling bug in Resolve Studio

PostSun May 04, 2025 4:20 pm

Hello,

I'm running into a problem / bug with creating subtitles in Resolve Studio 19.1.4, running Resolve both on a M2 MacMini and on a M1 Macbook under the latest Sequoia 15.4.1 OS. I tried it with both Dutch and English subs.

- If Voice Isolate is activated on an audio channel and I give the "Create Subtitles from Audio" command, Resolve gets stuck in a loop on 'Initialize'. This loop can't be stopped with the 'STOP' button, you need to force quit Resolve.

- If Voice Isolate is NOT active on an audio channel and I give the 'Create Subtitles from Audio" comnand, Resolve correctly starts analyzing the audio and creating subtitels.

- This problem is 100% repeatable at both machines.

Can you please have a look at this problem and fix it? Thanks in advance!
