I checked the box on these settings this morning:
- Send report when app quits
- Automatically send problem reports

Then I exited the program. All attempts to launch program failed. Renamed Preferences folder to ".old" and program launched.

How can I get my preferences back without going through the entire process from scratch? Is there a file I can edit in the ".old" folder to change those 2 settings back to their previous state?

Appreciate any assistance.

Which product and version are you referring too?

I have carefully gone back through all of my settings and (think) I have them back the way they were before. In the meantime, if anyone has thoughts per my OP, please let me know.
