The way I would handle this is to set Image Scaling to Scale full frame with crop in the Project Settings.

I must to deliver same project at 2 resolution: 4K UHD and 4K DCI. Can i do a macro command to fit just the 4K DCI clip to full screen and keep 4.6K clip not croping when i export the movie?

In that case, I would be editing in a DCI timeline and set Input Scaling to Scale full frame with crop.

But yes, you can change the Scaling at the clip level in the Inspector.

a few thoughts...

- 4kUHD does not exist, it's either UHD -or- it's 4k, they are not the same
- there's a few choice of Dci_4k, all with diffrent sizes, usulay one runs out either 1:85 or 2:39 for DCi screening, there are other DCi flavors, but not widely supported in theatres, esp older theatres with early cinema servers, and UHD is 1:78

what is the main, most important deliverable? - that's the raster dimensions i would use as my working timeline, then it's a straight export for that one

any other exported raster dimension change will involve a compromise, either pillar / letter box, or pan-n-scan

I shoot with GH5S DCI and GH6 5.7K so they are both 17x9. I set scaling to "scale entire image to fit", which will give bars at top and bottom.. I use inspector to zoom in to remove bars before I edit, about 1.07. During edit, if I need to, I can move image sideways a little which can be useful at times since I edit in a 1920x1080 timeline it means I can also zoom into these corners.

What about Zoom from Color page? Can be a good altternative to the zoom from Inspector?
