Why is Volume Louder In Davinci Resolve Than The Export

I edited a project in Davinci Resolve To Sound Correct. When I Exported I could not hear foot steps, so I had to increase the volume many different Time Until I got it right.

My mom said Next Time When I'm Editing, I should keep the volume on the desktop all the way up, like at 92%, then, next time I export a project it would sound correct after export. Would that work?

What do you recommend?

Without being there, I suspect the volume is set lower on your media player. To check if the export itself is ok, load the export file back into your Resolve project and compare it to the original (mute one file and then mute the other one). If they sound the same in Resolve then you know the export is fine.
