Davinci ignoring Delivery settings change

I'm not sure how to reproduce this. The project is from V19 and upgraded to 20 beta.

It feels like any change isn't pushed through, but it's only the file settings, all timeline and other edits work perfectly.
Same thing happened with a new project in Beta 3.
