Pasting Text+ shading settings

PostThu May 08, 2025 9:21 pm

Hello - I'm doing a video with subtitles, and it's LONGGG. I need to paste a black outline on my white text titles (subtitles really) to all the titles. I'm going into the inspector to do it, under Video > Title in the Text+ section, Shading tab, selecting element 2 and then changing the default red outline to black. When I paste this to other titles, nothing happens. I'm choosing Plugins, I'm choosing Plugins + Fusion Effect, or everything (except retime which changes the length of it, don't want that). Is there a way to do this in 2025? Version 19, paid version, PC.

When I search the topic, some of the responses I see mention Fusion and copying Fusion settings. Is it a fusion thing when I add shading? Or only when I hit the little fusion icon in the upper right?

The entirety of Text+ is a "Fusion thing". ;)

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.
