capturelogs.bat dont working -

capturelogs.bat seems to have an error with desktop paths synced to onedrive and [whatever normally comes when it has ???????? here].
i'm also having problems getting past the project manager. my system specs are:
rtx 4060, 32 gb ram ddr4, 1tb ssd (70gb left)
i'm trying to run version 19.1.4

You should not be using any files in One Drive with Resolve. Always move those files out of folders like One Drive, Google Drive or Dropbox before using them in Resolve.
