In the Edit page, I have a still PNG with transform keyframes.
Right click/Remove attribues/ALL ATTRIBUTES

This causes the PNG to remove all attributes, but also brings it down to a single frame duration, which is not extendable in either direction.

Solution was to find original media and replace.

I'm seeing this as well.

Studio 20b3 for Windows.

It is Remove Attributes > Retime Effects that causes this.
Perhaps the developers have overlooked the fact that still images cannot have retime effects and this is now causing these problems.
