Edit - Playback clip with Speed Change:
If I start playback at the beginning of the clip the keyframe speed curve is NOT matched up to actual speed change points in the clip (actual speed change happens long after the first speed change point).
If I start playback close to a speed change marker, it works as expected.
Speed changes are 800% to 1000%.
clip 1000% ... 100% ... 1000% (two speed points)
