Transition Presets - v20

When I try to use a newly created transition preset between two clips that are images (not video), Resolve stops working completely. It doesn't crash but the only thing I can do at this point is restart it. When I do, I'm prompted to save my work then I'm presented with the "DaVinci Resolve quit unexpectedly" window. This only happens with the transition sits between 2 clips where at least one is an image. It works just fine if its between 2 video clips. Also, the same transition preset in v19 works just fine between both images and videos.

Ideas? Possible workaround(s)?

I ran a brief test with PNG stills in Studio 20b3 for Windows.

No issues.

Also no issues on my system (Windows), either between stills or a still and video clip with a newly created preset.

BTW, what transition were you using? I tried a basic dip to color and a fusion preset, block glitch.
