DRS b3 project media location unchangeable; breaks bounce

This is related to [url]DRS Beta 2 Bounce Audio not working viewtopic.php?f=40&t=220522&p=1142987&hilit=bounce#p1142987 but is a different problem.

The Working Folders > Project media location can not be changed; possibly because it's a cloud library?

However the problem that's related to the bounce issue above is if the location isn't available (i.e. on a removable drive because that's where it was first set up), then without the ability to reset the location, features like Bounce simply don't work. As reported previously, no error dialog, it just doesn't do anything other than make the new track (if you told it to).

Fortunately I still had the drive available to connect; as soon as I plugged it in, I was able to Bounce -- but still can not change the location.
