Crash loop, can't fix it - help please

Starting today my Resolve 19 (and I tried the 20 beta) all crash out as I run them. The little splash screen shows for a sec and then
I've performed the following before posting for assistance:
1) Tried multiple re-installs of DaVinci Resolve 19, and then tried 20 beta 3
2) Was using latest Geforce Studio drivers but reinstalled them anyway.
3) Reset Nvidia global settings for my Geforce.
4) Rebooted.
I found info on how to run the batch file to zip the logs, I couldn't make sense of what I looked at but if here it is you can spare a minute to help me fix this.
