No activation key or link after buying DVR Studio

Hi, I purchased Davinci Resolve Studio over an hour ago, my credit card was charged, but after that I haven't received any email with a download link or activation code. I tried calling the support number and no human being answered. Does anyone know how to help me? I've already searched in my junk email box at least 4 times in the last hour. I appreciate any help from you, since Blackmagic's support doesn't seem to be the best for someone who's just arrived.
