whenever i place a Fusion Composition from the effects templates , i get an error 'no frame available or media out 1'

Ive been having to manually edit them to fix, is this a known bug/issue?

Fusion composition is empty unless you populate it with something and connect to media out1. No valid connection to MediaOut1 and you get the message reminding you that you need one.

I'm aware how to fix thanks, it just never used to happen before did it?
