Keyframe Editor Widget resets shortcuts?

Hey,
e.g. ctrl-a is mapped to "Select All" in Keyframe Editor Widget. When I remove this mapping, and I map "Frame Reverse" to ctrl-a, save & close, the mapping ctrl-a gets reset to "Select All". Same thing happens with ctrl-s, it gets reset to "Save Project" from Keyframe Editor Widget.
Not sure the Keyframe Editor Widget is at fault, but this didn't happen before v20. I'll check with an older version and update this thread.

I've read that some shortcuts are hard-coded. They won't change, despite them seeing to. (I think Quit was one such.)

Maybe these are also?
